The primary function of the position is to support ACE Project Director/Education Director establish the YPT ACE Project in the first year of implementation. The position will be responsible for assisting to carry out ACE projects throughout the length of the grant, along with serving as the tribal and community liaison for parents and youth.

Level 15-0 $16.13 to Level 17-0 $17.79 F/T 40hrs/wk.



  • Assist and support the ACE Project Director to design and develop a youth council and parent council.
  • Facilitate meetings with councils. Responsible for organizing, monitoring, taking notes and assist as needed.
  • Assist with Service Provider identification and contract development of all Service Providers.
  • Assist with overseeing contracts and service providers to maintain fulfillment of contracts.
  • Responsible for maintaining program interactions with the students and families within the program.
  • Assist in the development of the online portal and oversee maintenance of the portal.
  • Maintain program reporting as required.
  • Must agree to comply with the requirements of FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act).
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • College graduate with a degree in Business preferred or 4+ years’ experience working with students, families, and school systems.
  • Dependable, able to work with students/parents on an individual and/or group basis.
  • Exceptional people skills, able to communicate effectively, a team player and exercise good judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to work independently.
  • Understand the development of contracts in accordance with tribal procurement processes.
  • Will adhere to the strictest standards of confidentiality and student privacy.
  • Working knowledge of basic computer function/programs.
  • Understanding and familiarity with the various virtual platforms.
  • Pass a criminal background investigation and drug screen.
  • Have a valid Nevada driver’s license.
  • Able to lift 40 lbs.
